We see ourselves as a legal aid fund of the Reutlingen/Tübingen region. In urgent and justified exceptional cases, however, we can therefore consider applications from outside the region.

Refugees or their supporters (NGOs, asylum cafés, circles of friends, etc.) can apply for legal assistance. Government agencies and authorities cannot submit applications.

Applications are best made using the electronic application form right of this text. It is important to have a careful and DETAILED justification of the application and to present the history of the case. In case of ambiguity, we will ask the applicants and/or lawyers. Therefore, it is important to provide the contact address and telephone number.

For our documentation and public relations work, we allow ourselves to use the case histories in highly anonymous form (i.e. without names, age indications, exact designation of origin etc.) and, if necessary, to be published as well.

Experience has shown that our decisions require about two weeks. In urgent cases, we ask you to make an appropriate note. After the commitment has been made, we will need a copy of the legal assistance for the payment of the legal assistance ALWAYS.
