Wars and civil wars, persecution, discrimination, climate catastrophes and misery. The reasons for fleeing to Germany are manifold. But no one flees voluntarily. Only rarely are these reasons recognised without any problems. The right to asylum in Germany almost always requires the help of lawyers. Often, legal proceedings before the administrative court are the only way to assert one's own rights. This incurs costs that most refugees cannot afford.

The association "Fluchtpunkte" tries to remedy the situation.

In close cooperation with supporters and specialist lawyers, we check where help is most needed and make it available, directly, quickly and unbureaucratically.
